Retail Donation Pickup: transport items donated by stores and restaurants to a pantry for distribution. On average, each pickup fills 1-2 shopping carts.
Food Pantry Volunteer: shop with individuals and families in the food pantry as they select their food items.
Clothing Pantry Volunteer: sort clothing donations, organize clothing department, manage seasonal inventory.
Donation Stocking: date check and replenish shelves with donations.
Mobile Food Pantries: help at mobile pantry locations by unloading food and providing it to IPM families.
Virtual Case Manager: utilize computer database to check-in clients (special training is required).
Back-to-School Program: register families, help them select school supplies and/or write notes for students.
Holiday Adopt-A-Family: register clients, help them to request gifts for their families and/or assist with distribution.
Christmas Toy Store: assist clients with selecting toys for their families.
Community Garden: help plant and water IPM gardens at the Amelia pantry and in Newtown.
Office Help: answer phones, retrieve voice mails and/or help with other projects.
